The transition from home to Reception Class is a big step for our children and their families.  We offer a gentle, graduated approach to starting school to our children, working closely with their families.

We aim to support each child offering a calm, nurturing environment, with autism specific strategies to ensure the visuals, structure and consistency are in place for our children to be successful learners.

All our children follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

The Early Years Foundation Stage approach is continued into Year 1.  This time allows our children to continue to explore and learn in an holistic way, as well as becoming familiar with others and learning routines.
