Assessment

We show the progress our children and young people make in Communication, Language & Literacy and Mathematical Development using the Pre-Key Stage Standards.

 

Our children and young people follow three reading pathways:

 

  • Pre-phonics
  • Phonics
  • Reading for meaning

 

Our reading scheme is Jolly Phonics and pupils progress is measured using the Jolly Phonics assessment criteria.
